Head Start http://wesa.fm en DA Credits Increased Security, Education for Less Crime at Troubled Housing Complex http://wesa.fm/post/da-credits-increased-security-education-less-crime-troubled-housing-complex <p>Duquesne Place, a subsidized housing complex in Duquesne, has had some rough years.</p><p>In January 2012 a 16-year-old boy was shot and killed, and a 14-year-old was injured. The previous year, a 17-year-old boy was shot there.
