With 91 co-sponsors in the House and 22 in the Senate, Rep. Cox is <a href="http://www.delcotimes.com/articles/2013/08/11/news/doc520702ab2884a602888768.txt?viewmode=default">confident</a> the bill will appeal to both legislators and tax-payers.
