Vic Walczak, legal director of the ACLU of Pennsylvania joins us to discuss the ruling along with Michael Geer, President of the Pennsylvania Family Institute.

In looking at the local ramifications, Pittsburgh City Council President Bruce Kraus has been a vocal supporter of LGBT rights and is the city's first openly gay council person, he and Deborah Whitewood, a plaintiff in the legal case, talk about what the ruling means for them and their families.
