How do we help those who have been incarcerated reenter society and prevent them from becoming repeat offenders?  One solution could be taking place at the county Day Reporting Centers.  Joining us to explain how these centers could be a model for the Commonwealth and the rest of the country is Ron Seyko, director of adult probation and parole for Allegheny County.
