Nikki Abban

Nikki Abban, a native of Maryland, is a senior at the University of Pittsburgh pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Film Studies. During the Fall 2014 semester she is interning with “Essential Pittsburgh.”
 
Nikki plans to pursue a career in broadcast journalism with the goal of one day having her own talk show that highlights the achievements and passions of young adults.  
 
Fun fact: "I love traveling. I have been to England, France, Ghana, Mexico, Canada, and this summer I studied abroad in Brazil and watched the 2014 FIFA World Cup final on Copacabana beach.
