Honduras is one of the world’s deadliest countries, overrun by gangs and violence.

Women, journalists, lawyers and members of the LGBTQ community have been singled out as victims.

Carnegie Mellon Ph.D candidate Eric Vazquez recently traveled to Honduras to observe elections there and meet with LGBT individuals to build network support and work in solidarity with them.
