In what’s being called “one of the world’s greatest diplomatic successes,” representatives from 195 countries signed a “landmark” climate accord over the weekend. The agreement solidifies a promise from those countries to drastically reduce their carbon emission limits, effectively helping slow down the damaging effects of global climate change.
